Milo Ventimiglia Opens Up About Alexis Bledel
Milo Ventimiglia is a private individual.
Good luck getting the Heroes star to talk about his love love. But in a recent interview with Men's Fitness, Ventimiglia did comment on his break-up with Gilmore Girls' actress Alexis Bledel:
"There's an emotion that goes with that, and it's reflected in you physically," he said. "I didn't really keep myself together as I should have. Once I got through that hardship and emotional hurt, I started wanting to take care of my body more and present myself as a better person."
It definitely worked, as co-stars and fans can attest to. Especially once they take a look at the picture below, courtesy of this magazine's photo shoot:

yesss...i really do hope that one day milo and alexis get back together.THEY REALLY MATCH..hes really hot and shes really pretty.mann...i also dont know why they broke up..theyre are the ideal couple.sad if they dont end up together.>

i really like rory&jess and also alexis&milo both of them are good together ( if we see them on every photos, they seems like there is something special and they looks comfortable with each other ) i hope alexis milo can get back together...
Linkyo:: Oh My!! They are just so together. I mean, Look at how lovely and caring his eyes are when looking at Alexis. I'm not a gilmore fan, but THESE TWO--Alexis x Milo are just so TOGETHER!! I think that Milo and Alexis should get back together, there was something special about them as a couple.
Alexis is a lady, Hayden is to crazy and wilde (no girlfriend material). Alexis is classy and more pretty.
The reason why they broke up is part of there privet life and we shouldn't know details about something like that, but i wish they could work things out.

yeah i agree i thought u guys were such a cute couple and i still cant get over it but i really want to no what happened and who broke up with who and i think u should follow ur heart go for the right person.

Yes I do agree with allison. Milo and Alexis do make a good couple no wait a GREAT couple especially in gilmore girls. It is sad that Jess was a spin off but their moment was funny...
Milo and Hayden? okay they are a cute couple but after Haydens video of wake up call Im confused.
Alexis and Milo definately forever!!
