Our current poll question asks: Who is Elle’s father?
Well, Michael Ausiello of TV Guide may have given us a hint about the answer.
In his latest Q&A with fans, the television critic wrote about Kristen Bell’s character:
Her presence without a doubt gave the show a much-needed boost. And remember my hint in last week’s [column] about a surprising familial connection coming to light between two characters? Well, it may or may not have something to do with the call that Elle made to her daddy at the end of last night’s episode.
Sounds like this would give the edge to Mr. Bennet, doesn’t it? Could he have adopted Elle along with Claire? Let us know what you think about this possibility.

Here’s the problem with this: She clearly says during the
episode that she works for the company, Bennet doesn’t work
for the company anymore. How can Bennet make her ‘come home’
from her assignment if he’s not involved with said, ‘company’.
Further if he’s away with the Haitian, why would she listen to
him anyway because he’d have no way of knowing if she actually
went home which therefore makes telling her this futile.
I think that she is either Bob’s daughter or West’s sister.
A stretch, maybe, but i think calling her Bennet’s daughter is
even stretchier..

I think that she is West’s sister, and maybe they are both Bob’s chicldren. I do not think that she could be Mr. Bennet’s daughter. If she was, wouldn’t she be raised in the same household as Claire?

I’m thinking Elle is Bob’s daughter, but I’m not wholly convinced of this. I mentioned in another post that I believe she may be the daughter of Bob’s boss, a character we haven’t seen yet. Now it is possible she could be related to Claire by blood. Who knows if Claire’s biological mother had any other offspring. This is just coming to me, but maybe the company arranged for Nathan and Claire’s mom to hook up with the hope of producing a “super” baby. If so, it stands to reason Claire’s mother could have been used for the same purpose on other occasions.

I’m thinking that Nathan is her father. He plants the first pictures of Nakamura and his mom, he insists on going with Parkman, he could easily be the big bad, and his deformed face could be a sign, much like with Niki/Jessica, of a Nathan that emerged from the shell after flying off with Peter…

She must be either Bob’s daughter or Matt’s sister. Her connection with the company implies that she is connected to either the company leaders.

I don’t think she’s Bennet’s daughter- why wouldn’t we have met her before if she was an active part of his life? Most logically, she’s Bob’s daughter, but I wouldn’t put it past our friends at Heroes to surprise us.

I think she is Peter and Nathan’s sister, either Angela or their dad had one with someone out of wedlock.

I think she could be Molly’s older sister because Sylar killed her parents, so they must of had some powers otherwise why bother.. and we dont no much about her family tree.. also its a bit obivous if she is bobs daughter…

i think it is Mr bennets daughter becouse we never saw bob befor and
they sad she was raised in the company and why wouldnt we have seen
bob befor besides she never said
that she was with the compant hrg was with she just said she was with
a company and peter was too untill he tried to escape and the hation
erased his mnd and peter absorbed the power and made the hation sick
now the company is tryin to track him down becouse he nows to much
and its hrgs real daughter they just took her from him remember the
episode he said once they you trust them wth the thing you care for
most they will have you maybe he trusted the company with his daughter
and they raised took her from him and gave him one aka claire

I don’t think that Elle is HRG’s Daughter. Doesn’t fit well.
I think its easier to imagine her being Bob’s daughter. I
would venture to say the West and Elle sister thing, even
the Elle, West and Bob family thing. You never know. This
series was designed to make you ask questions. I love it, its like
a mystery and a comic every episode.

ya but why did we never see bob in the first season if hes been with
that company so long becouse in an interveiw it said she was raised in
the company maybe it is not hrg but maybe its nathan and claires real
moms daughter and they put her up for adoption and the company took her
in but why would west be in the company as well as elle if they where
bobs kids?all around i hope we find out soon

elle could be wests sister cuz he said he could fly i dont really
need parental guidense so manbe his parens left him and he sleep
somwhere high up lol i dont now just throwin ideas out there and it
seemed like peter allreay has elles power cuz his power he used when
they found hi min the container it looked like electricity when he

i now this is off topic but i think mohinder suresh has a power and it
he can heal any sickness with his bloob just braqin storming but if
his sister had a power he must becouse if his sister had the virus she

I think that kristen belle is lindermans daughter, thats right you heard me. I dont believe linderman is dead, and furthermore I think lindermand and Kensei are related. Lindermans character can heal, whose to say it hasnt evolved into a power not unlike claires. And if kensei has the same power it would only make since for them to be related, or even better yet the same person. What if kensei can heal so well he can live for extremely long, it would make since. Kensei is british and so is linderman, Lindermand has Kensei’s sword, and the ame power. Just some things to think about (also the actor that plays linderman hinted to his character coming back stating “Lindermans power is to heal, keep that in mind”

My $.02 - Linderman isn’t dead, rather he is the one who yesterday’s spoilers refer to as healing some of the others (DL, Nathan, Chandra Surresh, Issac, etc.) With that said, remember that Linderman engineered Micah’s existance - he made sure that Nikki & DL had a child - why would Claire have been taken from her mother/father if not for some sort of “Company Engineering” - I don’t think it is too far fetched to believe that Elle is clair’s Sister - but I don’t think she is Bob’s “adopted” daughter either - with her “ruthlessness” and nack for acting spoild I would imagine that she is Linderman’s daughter.
Furthermore, if Linderman had the power to heal people, why didn’t he heal Mr. Deavoux? Unless Deavoux was on the outs with the 12. Also, what is Deavoux’s power, can he manifest illusions similar to Candace - perhaps make you see things that he wants you to see - that could explain his “death”, Peter’s encounter with him on the roof top, and Kaito’s “death”?

i think so cause in the preview i swear i saw a split screen of them two talking but anything can happen in heroes such as the end of tonights episode and also i want to know about what happend afetr peter blew up (how did he end up in ireland and why are him and nathan still alive) and also the key saying in the last season save the cheerleader save the world CLAIRE IS THE CURE FOR THE VIRUS BREAKOUT THAT HAPPEND NXT YR IN THE SHOW am i right also that meaning has alot of different meanings like save her and save the world from the virus and in the last season they saved her so they think they saved the world… or did they?????

We think that Elle is probably either Bob or Linderman’s daughter. Kensei must be related to the Petreli’s, Parkman’s and all the families because He said everyone is connected. Perhaps through Kensei/Adam himself. That he is the original of all the Heroes. That all of them come through him. It seems far fetched, but we think its likely. So Claire and Elle are related through Kensei/Adam and in a way they are both Kensei/Adam’s daughters. So pencil in Kensei/Adam as a forefather/father of Elle, we think. Also who are the three women unseen? And did Molly’s father have the freezing power? Thank you

I think that Elle is Kensei (Adam Monroe’s) daughter. I think West must be related to Claire
somehow (via Nathan). Other than that, who knows..

Has anyone considered other than Adam, Bob, Daniel Linderman, Nathan that perhaps the unknown man in the photo could be the father? We hope that the strike does not cause to many problems in the series. Also we note that we are not the only Heather & Anna’s who write in.

when elle was explaining to peter about her life, she said she started the house on fire and killed her baby sister. Claire was thought to have been killed in a fire when she was a baby. and Bennett took claire to raise as a favor to someone.

I do think that Ellen and Claire are related, but I don’t
think that Nathan is the father. If they are related I will
bet is from Meredith’s side.
My theory is that Elle started the fire, where claire was
presume dead, and the mom and Elle were brain wash.
We know that Elle was taken by The Company for starting a
fire in her grandmother’s house at the age of 6. At that
time Claire was barely a baby born. Come on what are the
chances of The Company manipulating that data.
I will accept if they are related by Meredith’s side, but not
by Nathan. It will be cool to see how these opposite
characters interact, and if they interact at all because to
my knwoledge Elle is a sociopath.

So are Bob and Meredith the parents of Elle? Or is it perhaps Bob and the mysterious Ms Pratt?
And if Carlos Mendez is the father of Isaac, is another founder perhaps our mysterious Ms Pratt the mother?
