Heroes Spoilers: The Future of Niki, Adam and Nathan

Gimme That Virus... Don't read any further if you haven't watched last night's episode yet. Major Heroes spoiler alert!

Kristin from E! Online has the following to report regarding the character/actors that appeared to have died during the finale of "Generations."

Ali Larter: According to Heroes insiders, Niki is not expected to return to the show. But her devilish alter ego Jessica? We'll see her as soon as the show comes back to the airwaves (when the strike is through). At least, that's the current plan, according to sources, who sayproducers had "done all they could do" with Niki.

David Anders: You can bet Hiro's sworn nemesis will return. Insiders say the current plan is for Adam Monroe to be back to torment our favorite squinty teleporter, i.e. the "carp."

Adrian Pasdar: The production and writing staff is somewhat split as to whether Nathan should return to the show when the show returns. Really, though?!? Heroes without the brothers would be like Prison Break or Brothers & Sisters without the brothers: i.e., a waste of time! Surely Claire's blood can save her own father, right?!

Dana Davis Dishes on Monica's Power, Future on Heroes

Dana Davis PhotoWill Monica Dawson be one of the Heroes rumored to die on tonight's winter finale?

Dana Davis doesn't hope so. The actress has had a blast portraying a character that actually has fun with her powers, as opposed to her fellow Heroes that come across far more burdened by theirs.

"In the beginning, the producer sat down with me and they said, ‘Dana, most of the heroes on the show are burdened by their powers and we want to bring back the excitement, like with Hiro, in the beginning, who was so excited about his powers.'

They wanted to bring that back a little bit with Monica, which is refreshing and fun. I'm really excited to play somebody who is excited about their power," Davis told MediaBlvd Magazine in an interview.

So, what does the future hold for this woman with the really cool, photographic memory?

"Monica gets pretty tough. As far as whether she will be with any other heroes in some cool fights, we can only hope. I really can't say right now. But, I can say that you will see a lot of her fighting. It gets pretty exciting…

Monica is going to go to a place that no hero has gone before. It's going to be really fun to see her story unfold because it's something that's not been done on Heroes yet. It'll be very fun. We're sworn to secrecy. Sometimes [Heroes spoilers] get out, but we try to keep as much secret as possible," she said.

Zachary Quinto Dishes on Writers' Strike, Star Trek Audition

Future Spock Zachary Quinto recently sat down with the Los Angeles Times. Here are a couple highlights from the interview:

What happened on the Heroes set when the strike came on?
As it became clearer and clearer that that was going to devolve and there was going to be a strike, the tone of things on set just sort of shifted. There was no formal conversation -- we have screenings every Friday on our lunch break of the episode about to air. By that time the strike had already happened...

All of a sudden the writers weren't there. An unexpected, unwanted vacation for everybody.

It's the crew of our show I think about the most -- the people who work the hardest, in terms of their physical contribution and the hours they spend at work. It's so unfortunate how far-reaching the ramifications of this are... The unfortunate need for the sacrifice of individuals to benefit for the group is uncomfortable and painful. The crew doesn't benefit from the outcome of the negotiations. That's a difficult thing for me.

Compounding it is I ended on Heroes on Friday and started on Star Trek on Monday. To be working through this and to be required to work is also really strange. It's a combination of feeling really fortunate and oddly awkward and guilty and weird.

I never did see an account of your Star Trek audition. How was the first meeting?
I had an audition... in April of 2007, and then I went away: I left town two days later for two months. I was in Europe and New York and all over the place. I imagine had I been in Los Angeles it would have been more nerve-racking. But as it was, I was traveling and having this life experience that allowed me to detach from the structure of Los Angeles.

Then, I got back in June on my birthday, and when I was in New York my manager called and said they're moving forward.
