Heroes Season Three Screen Caps Reveal Major Story Lines

Here are a couple of screen caps from a recent issue of TV Guide. They reveal rather significant Heroes season three spoilers.

Take a look below and check out how cozy Mohinder and Maya appear to be getting early this season.

Mohinder, Maya

Said Dania Ramirez about her character’s upcoming relationship with Mohinder: “I think [the show's mostly male audience] are ready for some sex.”

How about some violent? There's also a new photo of Future Claire and Future Peter clashing. It's a scene that Internet speculation has pretty much confirmed will take place near the beginning of the season three premiere.

Dana Davis Confirms the End of Monica

Through no fault of the actors involved, season two's New Orleans story line never really caught on with viewers.

As a result, Dana Davis - who portrayed the new character of Monica - told The New York Post that she won't be returning to the show this year.

Q: Do you play a large part in season three?
Davis: Well, I would just say to fans of Monica's, I don't want to disappoint them, but her storyline wraps up fairly quickly.

Dana Davis won't be reprising her role on Heroes, at least not for any extended period of time, on season three.

Q: Why?
Davis: Heroes didn't get the same critical or fan acclaim in season two, so I think the creators felt a lot of pressure because the ratings dropped and it wasn't nominated for any Emmys. And with the strike, I feel like the writers had a lot of time to sit around and think. They wanted to come back really strong and go back to what the show was in season one - less drama, more action. And they took it in a different direction that didn't really include Monica.

A Detailde Analysis of the Heroes Season Two Trailer

Remember that two-minute preview of Heroes season two? Here it is again:

A television critic at TV Guide has actually broken down the video scene by scene, second by secomd. Here's an inside look at what he's come up with:

0:02 Angela tells a strapped-down Sylar, "You are indeed very special... and you need to be strong for what's to come."  Since when are these two chummy?

0:15 HRG to Claire: "Since before you were even born, I was finding these people and locking them away so they couldn’t hurt anybody."

0:21 Claire is trapped in a closet while Sylar looms outside; prepare to have your brain sucked out, Claire. Tough break.

0:24 It's Matt Parkman... stranded in the middle of some arid plain!

0:28 A close-up of someone's eye snapping open; we suspect it's Angela, or someone else wearing eyeliner. (Sylar?)

We gave the nod to "Giri," though, for this user's creative way of dissing season two and expressing the show's hopes for season three.

Remember to come back and play every week. Thanks again!

Linderman Goonie: Wait stop! Save it for season 3, we'll need all the help we can get bringing our viewers back.

Inside Heroes Season Premiere, Hour Two

Previously, we provided readers with an inside look at the first hour of the Heroes season three premiere.

Below, take a look at NBC's official summary of "The Butterfly Effect," the second part of the September 22 two-hour episode...

Heroes Poll: Did Peter Shoot Nathan?

For months, we've asked readers who they thought shot Nathan in the Heroes season two finale.

By a slim margin, the leading response was "Future Peter."

With that in mind - and with the season three premiere a month away - we'd like to narrow the poll and ask the simplest question possible:

Do you think a future version of Peter Petrelli shot Nathan?

Here's the Heroes commercial that will air during that broadcast. Looks like we're gonna get to know Level 5 rather well...

Hayden Panettiere, Heroes Come Out for Charity Event

Hayden Panettiere and her friends at the Whaleman Foundation held a charity benefit Monday night.

The event was in honor of a cause close to Hayden's heart: saving endandered whales. Here are a couple pictures of Panettiere at the benefit, which was hosted in Hollywood:

Zachary Quinto Speaks on Season Three Sylar

Think you know the character of Sylar? Think again, Zachary Quinto pretty much told The Los Angeles Times in a recent interview.

"The great thing about my character this year is that he's all over the map in terms of his internal conflict," the actor told the newspaper. "The sort of orders that he's given by certain people who have power over him this season and the situations that that puts him in really, really force him to employ a kind of restraint that you haven't seen him necessarily need to employ."

Smiling Quinto

Quinto also spoke briefly about the show returning.

"It feels like it's emerging into itself... I think that the time that we had away from the show made us that much more grateful to come back and that much more excited to come back 'cause it's been so long since we've been on the air."
