I Guess because they have files on everyone, but they don't know that Hiro doesn't have his ability anymore. They probably just going based off of what they were told. I wonder if Ando will not be taken, being his ability is not known to anyone other than Matt, Daphne and Hiro.

I don't know about anyone else, but i'm extrememly excited about this new volume. Now with the original writer from season 1 back, i think this show will thrill and surprise many naysayers. I'm most looking forward to the techniques that will be used to round up the heroes, as well as the heroes working together to fight for their freedom. It will also be very interesting to see where Sylar stands in all of this. As much as I love Sylars character, I don't trust him further than I can telekinetically throw em'.
