Aww cmon, I thought it was clear from the start - rebel is HRG. Look how they set us up with that beautiful scene where Claire is receiving rebel messages at the dinner table as her dad looks on suspiciously... classic red herring. I assume some explanatory flashback will explain away this scene, the one that "proves HRG isn't rebel".
He's already working for Angela trying to undermine this op from the inside out. He knows where everyone is and knows immediately when someone is targeted. His alignment is opposite of the beliefs driving that bald headed douchebag.
HRG (Claire's dad) is rebel.

i think molly and micah, the two who have the power to speak to machine and locate people. and possibly the haitian as well, as he knows a lot about the company and the operation inside it.
Doubt if angela is involved, for she never turns her back to her sons. If the videos of the convicts are exposed, Nathan will definitely go down, don't think angela would risk this. However, this doesn't mean she would stop Rebel though.

It has to be Micah. No one else can do what he has being doing. I would like to see him with Molly. What happened to her? The last thing i knew about her was that Matt and Mohinder were taing care of her, but she just disappeared.

Hana is dead, according to the comics. A nexus of Molly and Micah working with an adult. Could be Angela, although there's still a third Nicky/Tracy sister (Barbara) who has unnamed powers...

Heroes ratings are sadly falling but here in the uk there about the same.

That was gonna be my guess, if you get the emails for the ARG I noticed they switched from being from: wireless (actually 'samantha48616' or something similar but now they're coming from 'Rebel' so that's what leads me to believe it is her...
Either scenario is likely, though.

I think that Rebel is the woman who could talk to machines and use internet via his brain. She appeared on season 1, I think, and she used her abilities to talk with the man who had the ability of fire (don't remember his name... Ted?). In the comic book she dies and her conscience goes to the Universe, so I think it's her...

Would think that Molly would be involved also seeing how "rebel" knows exactly where everyone is at all times. Micah makes sence with the controlling of computers and power grids.

GUYS!! Heroes reached a 6.63 views for Shades of Gray! The series all time lowest. We all have to spread the word of Heroes to everyone. We have to start watching this show live, it needs it's viewers back!!
