I think its nathan...syla will take his identity and kill nathan...only witnessed by Peter...Peter knows sylar is still alive but no1 believes him...they have a big battle....
with danko out of the way(i dunno how yet) nathans secret is safe and he will become president...only its like what we saw in season 1 in the 5 years ahead episode and Sylar is president...he takes over trying to round up the people with abilities and uses others to aid him (mohinder, parkman) etc...peter goes into some sort of exile or hiding coping with his estranged self and sylar wants peter dead... all heros think they are safe but ppl know something just isn't right...

i think someone has to slow sylar down i think a way they might do that is have matt parkman's baby touch him and shut his powers off.. now him having the shapeshifter power is just gonna set up the CLICHE "which one is the real hero pull the trigger" scenario.
Nathan is gonna die, but adrian pasdar will still be on the show because in public sylar will be nathan, but other times, its gonna be zach quinto.
In the next season, peter will find out that sylar killed nathan and will want revenge.

peter only gets the power of the person he touches so i wonder if he touches sylar does he get his powers.....i think hiro has the craziest power if sylar gets his power it would just be to much ...i know the ratings arent to great but if the show ever gets the axe hbo should pick it up and turn it from great to the best show ever

Its definetly someone with powers. OR MAYBE IT'S MICAH as he disappeared for most of volume 3 and may not want to be back in the show...

A certain plump, little diaper wearing newcomer to the series has the ability to turn a person's powers off and on. I bet "baby touch and go" will at some point touch Sylar and render him mortal once again.
Also, I think Brian Fuller likes his Sylars evil. That's just my impression.

I'm gonna make a wild stab in the dark and say Claire. Or Sandra, yes technically she's not a hero but she's been kicking ass this season even though she has no powers. That woman showed she has balls and isnt as ridiculous as she seemed in the first season. I am hoping however that it's Claire because I think that's a death far more shocking than Nathan.
I adore Nathan Petrelli and I really hope he doesnt snuff it again. The damn writers keep traumatising me at the end of every season and somehow he always comes back just like Kenny.
Maybe Hayden really is making a fuss on the set about Milo, saying she's wanting him gone. Maybe the makers took a look at the situation and realised "Ok we need to keep the ratings high... we already got the chick thing covered with Tracy/Nikki/Barbera and there's the female fans to consider. How many millions of fangirls does Peter attract to the show? Hmm.... sorry Hayden, but have you seen Milo without his shirt? Oh wait you have, now bugger off."
Like my friend said; HRG doesnt give a rats ass about Nathan so why would his life unravel? If both stories are referring to this one big attack. It has to be Claire or Sandra, Claire would be more shocking but Sandra would be more moving since she has no powers. It'd remind HRG that actually he's still mortal too.
HRG and Angela are close too...that's why I'm saying her because I think they want Nathan and Peter teaming to take down Sylar in Season 4.

I think it'll be Nathan, and I really sad about it cos I adore Adrian Pasdar (and on a totally selfish note we can wave goodbye to those juicy little behind the scenes vids he posts on youtube that personally kept me going when we didn't have the show on the telly) and will miss him (even though I don't really care for Nathan anymore).
If it's Hiro I'm gone and won't return. If it's Peter, Ando, Angela or HRG I'll be very upset but I'll return.
Only positive to come from 5YG future coming true is we might get back future badass Hiro (I've missed him, and the rubbish one from volume 3 was no substitute)!! *squee*

He's going to have to pose as Nathan so Adrian will have to stay. So ah, not too bad but will cut screentime for Adrian and Zac (which isn't too bad IMHO as both have been bugging me a bit lately with oversaturation of the two characters). It'll be sad for poor Nathan but I can live with him being killed providing Adrian stays on in the role I've described.

but it can't be Parkman...he's in an article saying how it won't be him...and Mohinder i'd watch if he left, Ali Larter's probably coming back, Claire has already been "killed" by Sylar he said, "it was nothing" he had seen before when he cut her head open in Season 2. But it shouldn't be a human, someone with no powers like HRG or Sandra or Lyle, I really do think it's going to be Angela, she is going on this mission to bring "the family back together" and she might run into Sylar and get killed, no matter who dies though they're not really gone like Sezza80 said: "even if Sylar kills" whoever "they're not really dead!" that's what i think...

I too agree with GUNSMITH. It isn't fair that Sylar is getting more and more power that no other Heroes can take him down. Initially there is one person who can stop and kill Sylar and that would be Peter Petrelli. Since Peter has a new ability in which he can only use one power at a time, that would not be a match to Sylar. That's really frustrating. But I think Peter's new power is actually his old power just that his power develops onto the next level like evolving. Peter is still in the process of learning more about his ability. That's my opinion so far. But so far, Peter really plays an important role in the show and Peter's character is developing more compare to others. He proves that he's strong even with his ability to absorb power and use the power one at a time.
Can't say much about a character that will die in this volume killed by Sylar but for sure the character that died in this volume would not be Peter,H.R.G,Claire and Hiro. If it's either one of them, then there's no point for watching Heroes anymore. Definitely Sylar is unstoppable so far and that's frustrating too. I'm getting bored with him being the only strongest villain. Well, the best villain ever would be Sylar,Sylar,Sylar,Sylar.... I like Sylar but I'm getting bored with him. My fav. character in the show has always been Peter Petrelli since Season 1. Others, hmm, they are okay too.
