wow can't believe it. it's getting worse
  2. Heroes Episode Guide, Photos, Quotes & More from "Dual"

jason. i know all about the theory of relativity and know that it is possible. i was laughing more at the fact that daphne just touched ando and was able to travel back in time to the exact time (and place) that hiro was. and was then able to travel forward in time, also with complete control, to the present day.

and daphne going back in time. give me a break
  6. Heroes Episode Guide, Photos, Quotes & More from "Dual"

the moment peter injected his self with the formula, i decided that i am not going to watch Heroes anymore.

i couldn't be more disappointed with this episode and volume 3 in general
  7. Discuss "Dual" in Our Heroes Forum!

i thought this episode was terrible. but my expectations weren't high
  8. Wait, Aren't Abilities a Good Thing?

jason "maybe he’s clairvoyant" that sounds like something one of the writers would say. (i am pretty sure you were joking, but not completely sure, lol)
he can't of seen the comic because Ando has the only copy.

also has anyone read the last 'behind the eclipse'. are they (Aron Coleite and Joe Pokaski) taking the p1ss out of us. they clearly don't care that nothing that they have written makes sense and when fans ask them honest, genuine questions about the show they just laugh them off. especially when they are asked to explain mistakes.
  9. John Glover to Play Sylar's Father

gimme a break Heroes, you're killing me
  10. Heroes: The Bryan Fuller Fix!

brilliant, i agree with everything he said. Good man.

    HEROES CAN BE SAVED!!!!!!!!!
  11. Wait, Aren't Abilities a Good Thing?

how did arthur know hwere claire and hiro were?

yes, arthur can paint the future. but unless he painted a picture of hiro and claire holding a calender with the exact time and date on, he couldn't know when they were....duh!!!
  12. Wait, Aren't Abilities a Good Thing?

first off. this is the worst thread you have ever put on this site. (if you tihnk this then you don't understande heroes!!!)

just one question, How did Arthur know where (and when) Hiro and Claire where????????
  13. Wait, Aren't Abilities a Good Thing?

my thoughts on the time-travel problems in the show are as follows:
i don't mind time travel in the show if it is done by accident.
for example at the end of season one where hiro accidently goes back to whenever it was or when he went to future accidently. it should always be something that people can't control. when they can control it it raises far too many questions such as why didn't arthur just use his time-travelling power to go back further and get the catalyst off of hirps mum on te first place and many other questions like that.

with regards to being able to inject abilities into anyone, it takes all ideas of fate out of the show
  14. Wait, Aren't Abilities a Good Thing?

    just a few things:
    1. i think it would be great if Peter never gets his powers back and he just goes out of it. why not? he doesn't die, he doesn't get lost in time, he just goes off and has a normal life.
    2. i still don't like where the show is at at the moment. i don't like all the talk about formulas and catalysts and injections and so on. in season one everyone just found out that they had abilities. that was the point of the show- Normal people with extraordinary abilities. now it seems that anyone can have abilities and it just cheapens the whole show, whereas in season 1 there was something mysterious with much deeper meaning behind it. this season has been far too mechanical.

though in the last episode there were many reasons to think that it was getting better. mainly of course the return of Sylar. (why did they mess with him so much just to have him back where he started?)
  15. Heroes Episode Guide, Photos, Quotes & More from "Our Father"

i thought that arthur was a badly written character, everytime he killed someone it did just seem like the writers were trying to build up his evil character ( why kill Usutu and Maury? why not just take their powers?)
and it was always unclear what the exact motive was behind arthurs plan. why did he want everypne to have abilities. i don't think the writers put any thought in to these questions at all they just wanted a villain.
Syalr is a much better villain because he does not have a plan at all. he just wants peoples abilities and so he will go around killing people.
  16. Heroes Episode Guide, Photos, Quotes & More from "Our Father"

i too have been really hard on heroes lately ( nad with good reason) however i thought that this episode was really good. much more like the old heroes.
there were some really great moments in this episode.

the main highlight was of course Sylar returning to past glory.(just keep him this way now please!)
i am still dissapointed with the direction the show seems to be heading though.( catalyst, formula whatever!!!)
this episode was so good that i found myself ignoring all of the plotholes. well all except one and it is a very big one.

we saw that the Haitian was blocking Arthurs powers on purpose. that he actually had control over who's power he was blocking. however, in an early episode when he is buying the formula in some cinema, He blocks Hiro and Daphne's powers when he didn't know that they were there.
this would mean that he doesn't have control over who's power he stops. it doesn't make sense.
it seems like the writers don't mind ignoring what they have written before if it suits them even if it doesn't make any sense.
  17. A Series of Heroes Complaints

    JD. agree with everything.
Having Claude come back and teach him yo use his powers again is what should happen, as long as he doesn't get his powers back through this formula.
Please please get rid of all this formula bullshit. heroes should be bigger than this.
I realy hope that heroes doesn't just turn into prison break with powers though.

oh and i just saw 'behind the eclipse 9'. it is obvbious if you look at that, that the writers do not care. most of the genuine queries that fans have, they just laugh off. i thought that it was a very arrogant and disrespectful way to treat fans.( btw i thought the fans were too lenient on them aswel).
  18. A Series of Heroes Complaints

so there is sylr happily going about his business, just about to rent a car and drive off. suddenly Elle comes in and says that she has told the owner that he is a killer who has kidknapped her (and look at the smile on her face when she says that).
what options does sylar have? kill him or wait for the police to arrive.
And what kind of a test is that anyway.
all he wanted to do was hire a car!!!!!
  19. A Series of Heroes Complaints

Nicky, i agree about the comic book store complaint. but i just think that there is far too much that can not be excused at the moment. i too would love to defend heroes but i am finding it increasingly difficult. a freind of mine who has never seen the show before asked me if it was any good because he was going to buy the box set the other day and i told him that season 1 was absolutely brilliant but not to bother with the others.
  20. A Series of Heroes Complaints

this is the thing that gets to me most. the writers trying to get you to watch the next episode by building something up but then when it comes they don't know what they are doing.
the two biggest examples of this to my mind are:

    1.ITS COMING..
    what is? nothing happened?

2.this week a hero travels back in time to learn about the villains past.

ok. what did Hiro learn. nothing. and he can't remember it now anyway

    3. didn't HRG big up Jesse's powers by saying something like "you don't want to know what this guy can do"
Yeah. Nothing. Sylar killed him in about 30 seconds.

it sounds like i really don't like heroes but i am trying to get through it hoping that it will improve.
i wish i could ignore all of this, but i can't
  21. A Series of Heroes Complaints

    i. like most people, groaned when we found out that Sylar was a member of the Petrelli family.
but now if it turns out that he isn't, i think that could be the last straw.

Jason. Thanks man, i hadn't heard anything about that.

P.sthe great thing about season one was that it did leave many questions unanswered.
i really can't decide whether i think heroes can be saved or not.
  22. A Series of Heroes Complaints

whatever happened to that picture of the world exploding?
and Hiros visit to the future where he saw that explosion?
  23. Bryan Fuller Rejoins Heroes

    too late i'm afraid.
he has far too much to fix.
  24. A Series of Heroes Complaints

    Gino-
"She wasn't necessarily encouraging him to be evil and kill the rental car guy."
yes she was. that was not how the scene was directed or acted. Elle is just as big a nutcase as sylar.
she was encouraging sylar to kill him.

what this i hear about sylar in volume4 searching for answers about his past. just go around slicing peoples heads open. that is what people want to see.
  25. A Clip from "Our Father"

a man killing another man with a gun.
could be any other televison show out there
