I tend to believe the Haitian's work for the comapny was just a front. I forgot about his work with Angela Petrelli from last season, but could that maybe put Angela and HRG as a tandem? I got the distinct impression that the Haitian wiped Peter's memory and locked in the cargo container as a way to protect him. That serves both Angela and HRG. HRG would want Peter out of the way and neutralized -- his M.O. seems to be the fewer people with powers there are, the more safe his family (i.e. Claire) will be. Angela would just want to know her son is safe. I also sense the Haitian's true allegiance is to others with powers. He tends to go out of his way to protect them when he is supposed to be either wiping their memories or killing them.

As for Adam, what an enigma he is turning out to be. A lover scorned makes a classic back story for a baddie, but he looks like anything but at the moment. Given that almost every theory I've posited on this show has been wrong, take this with a grain of salt, but here is something to think about. In talking to Nathan, Bob portrayed Adam as the bad guy. He also said Linderman was Adam's disciple. Could Linderman, with the backing of the 12 (and hence The Company)  have revolted against Adam and unjustifiably locked him away? Remember Adam was in there for 30 years. As I said eariler, that is reason enough to start killing the remaining 12 off.

First, to the post above mine... PUNCTUATION IS A GOOD THING.

Second, Volume 2 was only going to be 11 episodes from the beginning of the season. This season is volume 2 and 3, volume 2 was to be 11 episodes, volume 3 was to be 10-11 episodes. They aren't cutting short due to the strike, they are actually many episodes ahead already... A heroes episode takes 10 days or so to shoot, they air every 7 days. There was already 2 planned breaks in the season, the first is after episode 11, then another break in Feb. I believe... If anyone watches the G4 post show, they have actors from the series on there every week, and they (Noah and Monica) both mentioned that they are currently shooting shows that are much further down the line than where we, the fans, currently are.

Third, I was watching the trailer for next weeks episode... and it hit me. Painting #8 isn't what it was thought to be. I believe we saw a dead guy with glasses, and since it was sent to Noah with the " I don't think you'll like this " disclaimer, immediately everyone assumes it's Noah... At the end of the trailer, it hit me. I don't believe the subject of the painting is Noah, I believe it's actually Bob. And Noah is the man in the back with Claire, not "making out", as many have assumed, but he's comforting her.

Correction, the Punctuation Comment was not to the post above me (2 were posted while I was typing), but to heroesluvr's post.

why would Noah need to comfort Claire after Bobs death? I don't think she even knows the guy yet.

THAT WAS AN ABSOLUTELY KICK @$$ EPISODE!!!!!!!

Finally All these questions that were constantly lingering around and bugging us are answered.  I felt alot was told which makes the story line more in perspective.  Now we know about Nathans face, Peter surving the explosion, Adam and Peters relationship, THAT ADAM IS NOT PETER/NATHANS father (Angella Peterelli said again taht he had commited suicide)How Peter met Elle, that *DADDY* is Elles Father, and how Peter ended up in a frieght handcuffed with no memory.

Poor D.L man.....He survived from a gunshot to be killed by a gunshot...ironic have to say...all i think this episode needed was to show what happened to Matt,Mohinder and Molly..why they decided to live together and stuff...but now 3 episodes left ...THAT BITES!!!

Peter and Adam....take this COMPANY DOWN!!!!!

Not the 'blow-up' episode I was waiting for, but it is starting to pick up pace.  Still disappointing however.

DL's death was a waste.  Niki just stood there when I was expecting her to rip the guy's arms off (I'm a little tired of heroes 'not remembering' or not using their powers when they need to).  Not sure why they decided to end it that way.  Would have been better to have him die from Linderman's gunshot wound.

Peter seems to mostly use powers we didn't know he had (phasing, electricity), at least not at that time.  He never seems to use powers we know he already has (strength, flying, atomic), and this was before he lost his memory.  It's as if the writers are afraid it would be totally unfair for Peter to remember to use all his powers.  Yes I know he hasn't learned to control everything, but his use of powers is annoyingly and conveniently selective.  Please stop holding him back!

I think Adam is going to be a morally grey character.  Yes, he wants to 'save the world', but his ideas are a twisted mix of good with evil.  For example, he probably thinks it's necessary for millions to die in order to save the world.  It's probably also OK to manipulate people (eg. Peter) as long as the outcome is a desirable one.

That Nathan's wife would believe her mother-in-law that her own husband has 'paranoid' delusions is a little beyond believability.  That it would cause her to take her children away from him (if that's what will happened) is even harder to believe.

Here's hoping for a lot more action!

Why would Noah comfort Claire? It's obvious from the setup on the preview that there was a "kidnapping/hostage" situation, and that they were "trading" daughters back. I'm pretty sure Comfort would be pretty reasonable in that situation. It's certainly more believable than "Noah dies and Claire makes out with West".

The writers of this show just keeps creating huge plot holes.  Take for instance the Haitian.  His power is to supress abilities.  There you have Adam an immortal.  Why didn't the company use the Haitian to supress Adam's abilities then destroy Adam?  Plus who the heck is the Haitian working for?  Angela, Bob or HRG?  He keeps talking about God's plan or will yet he has been helping the company which is obviously evil.  PLus how the heck did he get the virus?

    ****Possible Spoilers****

New theory:  HRG supposedly dies.  There has been a spoiler photo Claire holding an urn with her family in the background.  I am sure this is HRG.  After all we see his death prophesised in the painting.  However in a previous preview from NBC there is a scene at the end showing HRG without his glasses waking up suddenly without a shirt.  Could Adam or Claire have revived HRG with his blood?  Is there a New Hero that can bring back the dead?  Or does HRG have a power himself?  (Hope he doesnt have a power)

omg we are here to tlak about heroes not my spelling ass hole.

i think i remember that peter can only use one ability at a time if im correct this is why he dousnt use them all at the same time and he has to use them more selectedly. adam is becoming a i love to hate carrecter we dont now much about him and what not, hes becoming the next syler maybe not but who cares. i think adam is tryng to kill the origanal 12,  i think they did somthing teribly rong and them adam relised how bad it was and wanted to stop what they where doing the they other 11 teamed against him to lock him away, and now hes tring to finish what he started, by constintly minipulating peter with his brother and all kinds of stuff.

These episodes have been about picking who is the less of two evils. Adam (According to Bob) is mentor to Linderman, and both think that millions should die to better humanity. The original 12 seem to be in on the NYC bomb plot and that the powers have gotten to their heads and made them think they are gods.(again, according to Bob talking to Nathan). This is the company's positive angle. They are supposedly stopping madmen...and according to Bob, HE'S the one turning the company around, disagreeing with the original 12, and saving humanity by locking up those with powers.  BUT, the negative angle is that Bob seems to trick people into beleiveing they are bad people, and locking them up against their will until they agree to work for the company and believe the company is GOOD.(Such as Nikki/Jessica). Also Bob seems to know about the transmutated version of the virus, and has no problem using it regardless of the consequences. Does this make him any better than the original 12????

Of course, Adam says he is the one trying to save the world, and all clues point to him killing off Kaito, and trying for Angela and Bob (through Maury) to save the world from these people who want to blow up NYC.  The negative is Adam's Kinsei past where he betrayed Hiro and told him he would seek revenge.  So who do we believe???
