Just throwing this out there, but could West have shot Nathan at the end. Due to the things he said to Claire he could have been a little more involved than we think.

It's not like you could do much with the Volume 2 storyline. Besides, at least with the way the volume ended the writers have a clean slate to write a phenomenal story. Let's just hope that they don't stuff it up.

It is kinda hard to see what matches up and what doesn't. Remember the movie "12 Monkies"? Are the writers throwing the viewers off just like that movie? Well, it's good to see what does match up and what aspects don't. I wonder how many seasons it will last? I'm glad Hero did more in this season; yet the powers that be of "heroes" still have not really allowed for the show to really make anyone truly sit at the edge of their couch.

I bet Sylar re-captures Molly, finds Adam, and teams up against Matt, Peter, and Hiro. Elle and Cliare become friends. And one episode we will find out Angela Patrelli, Kaito Nakumura, Papa Patrelli, Charles Devoux, and Victoria Pratt's powers. Oh yea, where the F*** did Maury Parkman end up? In company hands? :) :) :)

A few things...
1. People keep complaining that Peter has no weaknesses. He has a HUGE weakness... he lacks self confidence. Anyone should be able to understand that is a bigger weakness than any sci-fi imposed power. Peter is a very flawed but well intentioned insecure man trapped in a super-man body. His conflict is that he is expected to BE superman when he himself, mentally... is just a man.
2. Peter's blood doesn't heal. He heals himself. However, even if Nathan is dead, there's nothing that says Peter couldn't go to his hot-as-hell neice and get some of that good blood from her... or that Hiro couldn't tell Peter where he hid Adam.. and he could get some blood from him... hell... that could be a never-ending source of blood for them.. just have someone teleport in... grab some blood.. teleport out. Good stuff. :-)
3. Claire is a TEENAGER... of course she's an idiot! hehehe.. the show is just being realistic.
4. Nikki's power has already been clearly stated... she has super-strength. She also happens to have MPD. And by the way... glad she's dead. She's hot sure, but there were too many blondes on the show. :-)
5. Who thinks Nikki and Nathan are the most liked characters?!?!?! Hiro, Peter, Claire, etc... not Nikki... and Nathan is only good because he makes Peter cooler. Besides... me thinks Peter is coming back.
6. Ok... Maya sucks... I'll give everyone that. And on those scenes... if it has been me.. I would have had someone with an ACTIVE power on Mohinder's ass at all times... ESPECIALLY when he has super-cure blood. Oh.. and why didn't Molly just tell Elle where Sylar is???? Ok.. thats the first real hole I can think of... but hey... they need to move the story.. so one every once in awhile is fine... and besides.. writers are on strike.. maybe that would have been cleaned up if producers would just give the writers an extra 0.03%.
Anyway... overall the show is still pretty kick-ass. I'm diggin it.. the story still seems rather realistic for what it is.... and I like that they are focusing on PEOPLE with powers... and that not everyone is a super-hero with instant moral compasses which make everyone good and bad. (Except Sylar of course... he's pretty easy to read.) :-)

First off, everybody needs to stop bashing the episode...given the entire season was not quite good, but none the less, how much of a storyline can one build in half a season.
First of all....Would simply like to point out to all viewers that when hiro teleported into the room with adam, adam was staring at a golden key? look out for that to possibly have some effect next volume
Secondly...Did anybody else notice that when peter destroyed the virus that there were ashes in his hand...Ashes which didnt blow away..? The ashes seemed to get absorbed into his hand and arm..
Also...now that peter's girlfriend (forgot her name) is stuck in the future that doesnt happen, what happens to her? Is she always going to be 2 weeks ahead of peter?
As well....Remember when sylar was being tested in the Primatech lab, the doctors said that they could only find traces of telekinesis? Could that forebear that sylar wont be able to use any of the other abilities he stole?
Just a point....if nathan really does get killed off, ill be super pissed... Who doesnt like to have one of those reluctant heroes who always comes in the nick of time to help save the world, I mean dont forget...he has pretty much alienated his family (mother, wife, sons) and he never wanted anything to do with his powers...he was always my favorite simply because you could see how much he had to overcome to help save people and use his powers...
All in all...could have done much better on volume 2 but definitely looking forward to volume 3...BETTER NOT SUCK..... YATA!!!!
