Healing blood is killing the show

This is just my opinion, but does anyone else think that the fact that claire and adam's blood can heal people is retarded? It completely takes away the suspence of people dying  seeing as they can just heal back. I hope they stop healing people this way or i will be dissapointed.

Please comment your thoughtts on this.

P.S. I'm not trying to criticize Heroes. it's still my favorite show!

I think that the healing blood adds to the show. With it there's no way to know if someone will actually stay dead (Nathan Petrelli??). But I also think that it could ruin it, especially if it's a cure-all. But whose to say that the writers won't add a complication? Maybe Adam and Claire have been lucky and only people that the blood could help have actually recieved it. What happens if their blood rejects the person it's injected into? Will it kill them or just do nothing? That blood may be able to heal any wound or other ailment but it was meant for only the original person, and since normal people can only take donated blood of the right type, I think it would be the same for Adam and Claire's blood.

I agree, this healing blood thing is getting old. the writer's are just mad that they didn't use Linderman's powers more when they had him, his power was to heal people, now they have two other people that heal, but in a gross way. What if a healed person doesn't match blood types. This could go bad quickly. But I think they will stop it soon. There's only so many times writer's can use one concept before they get bored with it. It's like with this way of healing if someone dies at the end of the episode, people would be like, "Oh they'll just be healed, they're not dead." There's no suspense anymore.

And I wish Maya would have stayed dead...

Sara......Maya is way too cool to ever die. Tears of Death....come on! anyway......the blood idea is fine as long as they dont over use it. like bringing nikki or nathan back.........

I agree with people when they on about the blood not accepting the person's blood.

But I like it how it can heal people. Maybe if it's used too much in people, the blood starts talking over and they end up like Adam. Youknow when Bob(I think it was him) said he lived over 400 years and his blood made him like the way he is.

Well, something along those lines. Or maybe it heals you straight away then work inreversly? Like start decreasing the power of the person's power(s), then rid of it, then slowly die? >=]

I just think adding the healing blood is much more than just healing. The short-term issues of it is great, but I think long-term issues are going cause some problems of this.

The healing blood IS killing the show.  Just think about it -if the powers that be {Kring & Staff} decide to kill some of the heroes, then all of the fans cry and yell and scream about never watching again, boycott, boycott...then Bada bing Bada bomm give them Ye Olde exlixer of Life and Oua La they come back.  So if that is the case then there would be no suspence, no excitment to any of the storylines as even if ANY heroes good or bad are killed then they will be brought back.   Eh, not very exciting.   Imagine the whole season finding out that the Hero's power is slowly fading away BUT he/she must invariably save/do some to save the world and in the final moments of the Finale, give their all to this effort and die, giving their lives for the very thing they believed in, and of the fans and super heroes cry and weep and mourn the loss.

NEW Season, opens up and BOOM there is the very same hero doing just what they did the pervious season without any side effects.  Meh...Bah...Phooey.

The magical healing blood of Adam/Claire/and now Peter will surely help the show in the proverbial "Jumpoing of the Shark".

They must rid themselves of this plot devices this Dues Ex Machina....and in a hurry
