Hiro in future

   just a quick question in the episode were hiro and ando go to the future and parkman is now working for nathan which turns out to be cylar and peter is dating nikki did it not turn out like that because peter did not save the cheerleader and then she is still alive in this episode  and also what happens to the lady who can teams up parkman the mind reading cop and the radioactive guy  to bring down the company.

   Um huh your question is a little confusing but ill address what I can based of what I think your asking.

   While it MAY have and Probably WAS the future to which our present day heroes would have found themselves if not for future Hiro's intervention. However instead of rewriting his own past as he had hoped Future Hiro instead created a Temporal divergence because as we have seen New York city didnt blow up, Ando didnt die etc.

   Unfortunatly for future Hiro it didnt benefit him because the producers have gone with the route presented in the "Time Machine" that being that Future Hiro was unable to alter past events in such a way that would negate his reason for traveling to the past thus the explosion had to happen and it had to kill Ando in Future Hiros timeline or Future HIro would never have returned to the past to deiver his classic save the cheerleader save the world line.

   Remeber Future Hiro's entire plan was based of the premise that it had been Sylars regenerative ability allowing him to heal Hiros sword wound that had resulted in the explosion but this wasnt true as it was peter who had always been the cause of the explosion.

   Also as has been seen in rescent episodes Sylar didnt die even without claires powers which is why he was alive impersonating nathan "using candce's powers which we now have some idea of how he cam into posession of"

   So to sum up Future Hiro was able to save claire in his timeline as we saw but this didnt alter his past because it couldnt.

    

   As for the later half of your question the fate of Hana Gitelman was dealt with in one of the Heroes graphic novels anyone who truly enjoys this show needs to read the graphic novels.
