   I don't think Elle's Peter's sister because in the preview there's a clip of Elle kissing someone that had a huge resembleance to Peter.

   1.  Peter was pronounced dead... IN THE FUTURE.  He transported himself there from the past by inadvertantly using Hiro's power.  He must have died at some point in time during the year that passed between when he left and when he arrived in the future.

   2.  They showed how Adam knows Peter in the clips for next weeks episode.  They showed him in "The Company's" medical facility introducing himself to Peter.

   3.  I am almost 100% sure Elle is Bob's daughter.  He knew Peter was in Ireland, which is where Elle went to hunt him down.
