Could it be that Kensei has more than just regeneration powers? How did he see hiro and princess kissing in the fields? It happened literally right away, and Kensei still had to kill and get free from all of those japanese army men. I really believe kensei might have more than one little regeneration power. I hope this is true because it would make things really really cool. Him just being able to regenerate and live forever and kill the members of the "generation" group seems boring to me, and quite honestly too predictable right now with everyone saying it. And btw I'm sick of people having the same powers, West (Get off the show) and Nathan fly big woop... Claire and West have really hurt the show, its comedy hour with these 2 right now.
One last thing, do any of you watch tv to not read sub-titles? I'm sorry Japanese, Spanish and Russian is not cool with me... ENGLISH PLEASE!!! I dont care about Maya's power at all, really her story is terrible and nothing she does can make me feel any differently. Thank you for reading my rant of non sense

Going on the original post about Kensei being Peter's dad, I think it could be true, for this reason. Remember when Claude told Peter that he could be the next step in evolution, what if Kensei was the next step from normal humans to superhumans. If Kensei is immortal, wouldn't his powers evolve over time and add to the regeneration factor i.e. Nightmare man - read minds, evolved to messing with minds. So who's to say Peter has no need to evolve his powers since he can pick up any power when he comes into contact with another evolved person. So if Kensei was the original next step in evolution, doesn't it make sense that his offspring (Peter) continue the trend and be the next step after Kensei? Oh and we know Mrs. Petrelli wasn't exactly a faithful wife.

As for Hiro. The future hasn't changed otherwise anything in the future would not have happened that way. Ando can read Hiro's story from the scroll in the sword. A scroll that was there all along. (season 1.) So everything that happened back in Japan already happened. Making Hiro the real Kensei of legend. If Kensei is still alive he for sure could have killed Hiro's father, but he might also have never known that it was Hiro's father. Kensei could be Peter & Nathan's father. In the photo they he is turned to the left speaking or lookming at mrs. petrelli. They might have done this to divert attention from the fact that it's an older Kensei, and Kensei was this Highlander type that lived for like 400 years and finally croaked. doubt it. but, another possibility is that he isn't dead. It was a big sham. It could be like that for so many characters. DL, Simone, Kieto Nakamura, Candice. Hell once Peter figures out how to jump through time we can bring back Simone, Teddy, Linderman, Charles Deveaux, Eden, Candice, Isacc Mendez, fuck it, Peter can pay old Gabriel the watchmaker a visit can whack him and save Mohinder's father get the virus antibodies and go back and save Mohinder's sister. Problem solved. Alright well I'm ready for season three. Oh and when Peter finds Matt's father game over. And I don't mean for Matt's dad. Remember how he tricked Matt and Nathan into fighting each other. Surprise! Who has there own supersonic, invisible, telekinetic, regenerating, nuclear weapon????? Matt's dad? Unless Peter can somehow overcome the telepathic effects when he absorbs the power. Then pretty much no one is fucking with Pete and the storylines don't mean shit, because anytime someone is fucking with me in the show i'd call Peter and he can fly his ass there and make whoever it is think they are envision they are fighting Darth fuckin Vader and Bruce Lee. While Peter listens to a little Jazz, maybe cooks a little dinner. Oh, I think it might have burned, hold on. There's someone in the kitchen. Oh, it's future Peter. What's that you say. Save the casserole, save the world. Thank God i can travel through time. Well got to go back and save the casserole. I'll go back five minutes, see ya in two three minutes ago. Although I believe that Kensei IS behind the elimination of the 12 as a result of Hiro altering the Timeline I do not believe that it is revenge against Hiro; if it were then Kensei should already realize that Hiro is descendant from Kaito and would have eliminated the Nakamura Clan from the beginning, which of course would put the whole "time space continuum" in a whirl by eliminating the chance of Hiro being born and traveling back to the past to change it from what it is thereby making this entire scenerio impossible to take place. However there is validity that Kensei is in the process of eliminating the 12 for his own selfishness. The 12 supposedly came together to "help" all people, but some strayed, and gone out of scope to the original plan and Kensei "Adam" no longer needs/wants them for his purposes and wants it all for himself - whatever the "all" is.

Kensei is Adam Monroe, a founder of "the company" and is the one, using henchmen such as Maury Parkman, to kill the original group (kaito, Mommy Letrelli, etc.)

lmao kieto~ you are seriously speaking some crazyass truth; they need to scale back the whole "omnipotent peter" thing. i know they've put up the "i don't know who i am" complex to provide another obstacle for him, but come on--that's not going to last long.
as for the kaito killer: someone mentioned something earlier about how Maury parkman's powers evolved, and the same could be true about Kensei. Claire jumps of a building, and it takes her maybe fifteen seconds to get back in proper shape and run off. after FOUR HUNDRED YEARS, Kensei'd probably take half a second. BUT he'd leave a serious blood spatter that we would've noticed (and when 'regenerators' bleed, the blood they spill does stay spilled--remember Peter's injuries in Ireland). If Kaito has duplication powers (an idea that I really like), a member of the remaining nine couldn't have killed him...because they'd already know what his power was, and they'd know that they'd most likely be killing a dupe and not the real Kaito.

Well Kensei is definitely in the present. A preview of coming episodes on NBC showed Kensei in a business suit talking to another person (most likely Peter)

so i really do think that kensei has more than just one power.
1.because first of all in the last episode ( almost out of time) nathan says i know everyone in the picture but who is this and bob says that its adam and they pull up his file and theres a news artical that says snow in miami and bob says it could have easily have been a tornado this came out of adam's file (kensin)!!
so yea i think that Kensin is able to absorb powers like peter. Which could explain how he is also in the present ( absorbed hiro's power) but where did he get his regeneration power.... hummm unless he had that already and absorbed hiro's as well or maybe he came across someone who was able to regenerate proior to hiro going back to the past.
and it could explain how he was able to get behind that tree and see hiro and the princess kiss because really wasn't he in the middle of camp hacking away at thoes guard people.
