No, not the same type. Angela's is different. It seems she can convince people or change their mind for good by touching them while she speaks to them. It's similair but different...Just a theory...

I'm not sure if Angela Petrelli's power is persuasion or not, but I do know it was pretty creepy the way she was pawing at Heidi while talking to her.
On another of the 12, I was watching the first episode of season 1 the other day and picked up a line from Peter of which I didn't previously catch the relevance. But right at the beginning, he mentions to Simone that whenever he closes his eyes he gets "these amazing dreams." He also happens to be sitting beside Charles DeVeaux's bed when he gets these dreams, which lends credence to DeVeaux having some sort of mind manipulation/remote viewing/dream power.

I second that notion kal......I caught that too. I read somewhere that Charles Devauex has the power of astral projection, which might not seem like a superpower since a lot of people claim to have experienced it (myself included) but, who knows how well he has honed that skill. Remember Simone telling Peter that she spoke with her father for the last time as he was dying and he said that Peter and him were flying around the world just talking.......

I guess now it seems that the only girl left to find out in the picture is this Red head girl Matt is tracking. What happened to the people on the left side of the picture..they are just DEAD? that sucks kinda..i mean who were they...were they related to anyone..? it doesnt really matter now because these questions wont be explained if their already dead...

I'm wondering if the writers' strike has anything to do with the remaining people in the picture being declared dead. It's a little peculiar that we found that out through an offhand comment from Matt, and not from following his investigation into who these people are. It just seems like a massive cop out to have them all but that Ms. Pratt declared deceased.

I beileve that it could be teh writers strike..they mightve fully told their story.. 3 originals confirmed showed their ability...Linderman: power of healing...and Maury:Mind Control/Illusions and Bob:Golden touch/Metal morphosis..I dont know what Mr. and Mrs. Petrelli did..Charles Deveuex...Everybody on the left side. that SUCKS!!

Does anyone else think that Ms. Bennet is that last lady in the picture, Victoria Pratt? Especially with her past experience with memory changing and loss, I wouldn't be surprised that her memory hasn't been addled with before. In addition, Mrs. Petrelli did explain that "she didn't want to be bothered" again, and Ms. Bennet seems like that kind of person who would just want to be left alone. In addition, she already has all the connections with these people in the show. It would be strange bringing in another character who, according to some source I read, will affect the show immensely from now on. Adding more characters would be too costly and she's been with them for two seasons, and it's time they make use of some of those other characters.
