Peter Kills Kaito....

what do you think?  I posted this in another forum...but I really think he did it!  It would make sense!

Kaito was surprise to see him

    he says someone sent him

there are only 3 characters that have regeneration powers and peter is the only one who makes sense to do it!

If Adam IS the puppetmaster, then it would make sense that he would use Peter after his memory was lost!

but at that time peter was found in cork.

I do agree with the puppetmaster theory tho

perhaps it was a maury parkman illusion?

Over at Greg Beeman's blog (A Producer and Director of the show) verifies that it indeed was David Anders (Adam Monroe) in the hooded sweatshirt.

    http://gregbeeman.blogspot.com/

In "Out of Time", Bob verifies that Adam is using Maury Parkman as a weapon.  But as far as killing Kaito it makes sense because he wanted revenge against Hiro.

Stupid that the writers made it all Hiro's fault that Adam has gone bad.  If he didnt kiss the swordsmith's daughter then Adam wouldnt have been evil.

Wow Adam's Apple I was so happy with the writers way of handling the Hiro/Kensei thing I love that noble Hiro can largely be held responsible for pretty much every evil committed by Adam in the last 300+years and by extension the evils committed by the company since Adam founded it.

No it was mature storytelling that attempts to address the whole good intentions pave the road to hell, it plays on the one of very ancient premises that nearly every war in history at some point boiled down to being over a woman, that even love can be the catalyst for great evil it was awesome.

Unless of course you had a need for David Anders to play a good guy in which case I guess it could have been dissapointing on the upside I reckon they will give Adam/Kensei a redemtion in Death storyline like Vader in ROTJ.

Wow!  I, too, believe that Hiro is responsible for Adam's current bad god ways.  Maybe that is what Kaito meant by telling Ando that he needed to let Hiro know of what their "Leagacy" was!!!  It was that indeed the Nakamura Family has a hand in all of the Specials and the way things are today.

If it is of any consequence..here is a theory:

White Beard is Kensei's dad.  Kensei (Adam) was always evil.  White Beard made him that way.  White Beard is Linderman.  He - Linderman - is (was...) an English ass**** with a White Beard who Cannot die (by the way, Linderman is not dead) who passes on his supernatural-ness to his son...but keeps it from him until arrows fall from his insides and he survives.  Then son confronts daddy and daddy says well, yes son, we are AWESOME...but you say there is another here who can travel through time??  You must befriend him.. and his little chick too.  Kensei has a moment of weakness (ADAM, bible anyone??) and becomes "good" for a bit and falls in love.  Only to see his best bud gettin some from her.  So his true evil shines forth, much to Daddy's delight, and he vows to make life a living Hell for Hiro and tells him so.  And succinctly tells him White Beard is going to help him do it.

And as for Elle being the offspring?  I doubt it.  I think she is Bob's daughter, the fraternal twin of West.  And Dad is guiding both in an attempt to capture the greatest powers that they know of.  Regeneration=Claire.  Mimicery of Powers=Peter.  By the way, did it slip anyones mind that Peter and Claire are related?

In all, Bob is the ultimate evil, as he is the same as Sylar.  Perhaps he is Sylar's relative?  Wanting what is not their own.  Stealing it from those unwilling.  The puppets are the (boring) Elle and West.  Though they may prove to be Bob's downfall in the end??  We shall see.

And what's more...  Sylar is linked not once but twice with a cockroach.  The one (grossly disgusting) organism that supposedly survives after all else dies.  So what does this entail?  That Sylar is immortal?  Perhaps he is related to Linderman and Adam?  It'd be nice to have someone disenchant my theory(s).  As I am finding it very entertaining to read everyone elses.  (By the way, I like the idea that Adam is Peter and Nathan's dad.)

The cockroach is the one aspect of this show that has me baffled. Whether in a physical form or a reference, it keeps popping up; I don't have any hard data, but the cockroach is probably the No.2 symbol in the show, after the ubiquitous half-helix. As Sasha96 pointed out, there seems to be something between Sylar and the cockroach. There was one in his cell at Primatech. Another on the sewer grate after Candace grabbed his body in Kirby Plaza. There was also one crawling near that kid Sylar killed in Mexico when he started putting the works on Maya. But Mohinder talks about in the series premiere, and also mentions how they are in his apartment in New York. One of Mohnider's first confrontations is with an exterminator in his apartment looking for roaches (this is when he met Eden). I just can't figure what, if anything, they all mean. Maybe the Evil Mastermind is somebody we haven't actually met yet, but is, to borrow a term from Harry Potter, and Animagus. Who knows, but it's always fun to guess.

Ah thank you Kal15!  I had forgotten the cockroach ref in the series premiere, though now that you mention it I can hear Mohinder's voice..  And the third appearance (well, first really..but I had mentioned 2 before, meaning the one from the sewer and the one in Mexico) in Sylar's cell (though that one is cloudy in my mind).  So what do you surmise about the Linderman idea?  Everyone I talk to says I am crazy.  But I kind of like the theory.  Besides, the characters keep bringing him up, like the writers are trying to keep him in the back of the viewer's mind?  Let me know...
