You guys forget that scar peter DID meet claire, he was cornered by her at gunpoint before going back and shooting Nathan....

In an upcoming epipisode. peter goes to the pinehearst company for some answers, and is 'irrevocably changed by the shocking meeting' could he get the scar here comehow ?

Spoiler: Peter's scar was caused by himself.
It's not a scar that was caused by a wound or whatsoever.
It's a scar created by someone (or maybe him?) to supress himself from this "hunger".
The future Peter already has it.. but he made a terrible mistakes and wants the present Peter to do the right thing

Theres so many answers to the scar question that goes into so many other what ifs that they have not, nor will not probably explain.
First off you have to go into the time travel aspect:
When these 'Futures' happen that they try to stop what happens to that future. Theres basically 2 theories you can take into account. Ones the whole X-Men theory of "When you change the past it doesnt change the future. It just changes the presents timeline. That future in which the bad stuff happens creates an alternate timeline and is always present seperate from our own" So someone going back in time never fixes their own timeline they came from, they just make sure it doesnt happen for them and saves one timeline while their own is still screwed. This doesn't seem the be the way Heroes is doing it, though they could decide to do it later. One thing they could do is have the present Peter and then 2 other Peters come back to the present. Nuclear Blast Peter, Super Powered Future,Shanti Virus Peter I was believe killed off.
The other theory is when you go back in time and change the present it changes your future.This seems the more accepted one. Though Peters mother being able to see the future in dreams, who knows how that could play into effect. She yells at Peter for playing god yet she does it to.
In the first season Peter has the scar, and we know he doesn't met up with Claire. Her father sent her away. The whole "Save the Cheerleader save the world" thing never had to do with Sylar absorbing her powers but had to do with Claire meeting Nathan.
3rd season Peter has the same scar. He could of gotten it from a few ways all of which were mentioned. Haitian could of been involved and surpressed his powers when he got it. Could he of healed later? Yes. Remember though we 'heal' too over long periods of time and we still get scars. If Peter got the scar, and was unconscience so he couldn't use his healing abilties (Remember he has to activate his powers, they're aren't always on) could of healed naturally and he would never be able to fix the scar since it would be healed already. It could be just a reminder of his failures, given to him by himself. Regardless it seems Hiro gave it to him I would assume. Seeing as Hiros one of the few people who could fight him on slightly more even terms then the others

Peter's dad took his powers and now he will get his scar in his face... the question is ...how will Peter get his powers back??!?!?!

Well Peter was probably injured while he didn't have his powers which would have cause the scar to form. But what I don't get is that Peter does get his powers back because future Peter travels back in time and all that, but does he not have his power to absorb other peoples power anymore? Because if he did, then he would get the healing power back from Claire when they are in the future. I think he might be injected with a serum to get some powers back.
