Why would future Peter kill his brother? Let alone shoot him? He could just stop time, kill him, and teleport back. WHat's with all the business of sniping? Peter can do anything. So why would he choose a gun to kill anyone? The shooter is one of the new villains. Seems like a great way to introduce a new character to me. And what is with the scar on his face? Future Peter did shoot Nathan, to answer why : He did so because Nathan revealing to the world that he could fly would have had a major negative effect on the future. So now that thats established why did Peter shoot him? Why didnt he just use his powers? Well the point is that no one finds out about the powers, thats why he came back. Therefore he has to take him out like normal people would.

if youve watched the nbc released clips future peter tells future claire "i can go back to before they found out about us" and claire says "it's too late" and she goes in for the kill on Peter. Obviously peter stops time, then teleports to the press conference and shoots nathan. if he killed him some other way someonw could figure out it was peter but by peter using a gun it leaves other conclusions open for matt or present peter to figure out. plus ive seen the first 5 minutes of 3x01. it was on youtube from comicon

ok guys, i've seen it already and i can tell you it's Future Peter. Believe it or not, you'll see when next season comes out :)
And he makes Claire weird and makes Claire wanna kill Peter and stuffs like that.
