Have we met a sibling in the series so far who didn't possess some power?
So far the powers seem to be linked through families.
What i'm thinking is that if Hiro's father had some power (although we don't know whaat it is) and hiro has a power. Then does it not seem likely that his sister will have a power too. Other than being a good businesswoman :P

Wouldnt Mohinder qualify as being the non-powered sibling with shanti, I know they have never been explicit in saying shanti had a power but its inferred at least by the fact that the legac...err virus (at least until altered by the company) only effected Mut...I mean enhanced humans?
HMmmm just had a thought then what if while the expressions are different Mohinder and Shantis situation is like a kind of genetic prototype that expressed itself in a far more potent manner in maya and her bro.

shanti did have a power they just didint show what sh had because she died of the virus. and mohinders blood is what can help these people from dying. this is how molly got better.
Mohinder's "Power" is his anti-virus blood. But it only seems to have a limited application unless paired with Claire's blood makes it stronger, and feasably even stronger more w/ Adams.
Shani DID have a power. As stated before, this virus only targets people with powers (Until the "mutated" version was created by the company). So yeah - siblings without powers.
Also, the "ability to make ando horny" isn't a power. Even that one girl in season one who tried to kill him and hiro (hope - wanted to get some guy's bag) got him horny. And she was ass ugly! I personally dind't find hiro's sister hot, either. :/
