Also, I think I've figured out where the lightning came from! Angela Petrelli! It makes sense, because when she attacked herself the lights went out. She probably did that with her electric powers.

At the end of Season 1, Molly was with Micah and his family while Mohinder tried to help Matt.
That's a good point about the lights. Unless someone was helping Angela, she must have had a way to disable them.

Right, I forgot. So I guess if Peter has Micah's power (which isn't confirmed - i just think he does), than he also has Molly's.

I believe he got the electric power from the actress that played Veronica Mars who will be in next weeks episode. I think she has a role with the company and is part of the reason Peter is the way he is right now.

Keep in mind Peter had a smorgasbord of powers to absorb at Kirby Plaza, and Molly was definitely in the plaza when he and Nathan took off. Also remember that we now know Candice was in the plaza as well, albeit in the sewer. It's not unreasonable to think Peter will have her abilities now too. As for the lightning he can shoot from his hands, a la a Dark Lord of the Sith, is it possible this could be him controlling the powers he got from Ted Sprague? Or will we find out next week that it is something he got from Elle (if that is indeed her power)? That's what I both love about Heroes, all the questions it raises. What I hate is that we have to wait a whole freakin' week between episodes. I never thought I'd see the day when I looked forward to Mondays. Before Sylar broke that nice coffee cup over Candice's head, she told Sylar that she saved him by pulling him out of Kirby plaza and into the sewer or something.
She might have something to do with the roach. Or it's a sign of a part of Sylar...

I thought Peter met Eden and Candice on other occations during season 1 (Primatec Paper?) So should he not have thier abilities as well? It really doesnt matter he is just one bad MF.

So our list is now up to: Empathy (main power), Flying (Nathan), Invisibility (Claude), Locate People (Molly), Move through Objects (DL), Paint Future (Isaac), Radiation (Ted Sprague), Regeneration (Claire), Super Strength (Niki), Technopathy (Micah), Telepathy (Matt), Teleportation/Time Manipulation (Hiro), Freezing (Sylar), Melt Things w/Hands (Sylar), Super Hearing (Sylar), Telekinesis (Sylar), Lightening/Electricity (???), Dreams (???) MAYBES: Manipulate what People see (Candice, if she was close enough to him at the Kirby Plaza) & Memory (Sylar, if he got it - I got the impression that he didn't.)
Here is also a list of people that Peter did meet or may have met and possibly obsorbed power from: Linderman, Kaito Nakamura, Charles Deveaux (therefore possibly Simone), Angela & “Dallas” Petrelli, Simon & Monty Petrelli, The Haitian & maybe Eden.
Did I forget anything?
We also know that Sylar stole a power from Molly Walker's father. I don't recall if they ever told us what it is.
