There are a number of reasons to lament the fact that Heroes won’t be back on the air until the fall.
A major one for female viewers, however? Less time spent ogling Milo Ventimiglia. But the Heroes Fanatic staff is here to help.

Japanese actress Eriko Tamura (pictured) - who played the 16th-century love interest of Hiro at the outset of Heroes last season - has admitted that her character will play a role in season three.
Please, television gods, tell us this doesn’t mean Hiro goes back to feudal Japan again.
Tamura said that her character, Taeko, was supposed to be transported to the present in episodes that were scripted, but not finished before the writers’ strike commenced last fall.
“I am going to be in the present, yes,” Tamura assured viewers in an interview. “I actually had a few episodes of the script then. Suddenly, the strike happened, so we had to stop the shooting.”

Here’s a look at Hayden Panettiere on the cover of the third-ever official Heroes magazine. The issue will be released on March 18:
As previously reported, the status of Kristen Bell is not 100% certain for season three. Technically the actress is yet to sign a new contract to appear on the show again.
In a recent interview with TV Guide, though, Bell didn’t sound too worried about it:
“I’ve had an unbelievable experience thus far and they seem to like me and want to keep me onboard, so we’re going to keep that ball rolling for as long as we can.”
While the actress is busy shooting and promoting Forgetting Sarah Marshall over the next few months, she says that by the time she gets back “[Heroes] will be getting things together to start shooting. So I’ll be free.”
She also teases that Elle “is so evil and so broken, yet she actually redeems herself over the next couple of episodes.”
We can’t wait.

Amidst rumors that Kristen Bell isn’t signed on for season three of Heroes, Kristin of E! Online has the following message for fans;
I have it on good authority that Elle is very much a part of the writers’ grand plan for season three. (Fear not: Tim Kring loves her just as much as we do!) So, if there is a holdup, I assure you it is more on the business (rather than creative) side of things, and there is still time to get this worked out before they go back into production.
Oh, and by the by, we might not see much of Claire-bear in the first episode or two. Hayden Panettiere told us at her Candies soiree that production is “gearing up in April and I’ll be joining them in May when I come back from shooting I Love You, Beth Cooper in Vancouver.”

On breaking up with Stephen Colletti:

On wanting to be girly and just have fun:
“If I was a wonderful person, I’d run around in whatever clothes and have one outfit – and then I’d donate the rest of the money to charity. But no one is perfect, and no one is saying you have to give up everything in your life to change the world.”

The soundtrack, being released through NBC Records, will be available in CD format at Best Buy stores and digitally at Zune and other digital service providers.
