Milo Ventimiglia has signed up to star in the suspense movie Armored. He recently talked with movie website Comingsoon.net about the role…

Comingsoon.net: Would this shoot have fallen into your hiatus or did the writers strike allow you to be available?
Milo Ventimiglia: This probably would not have been possible if the writers strike didn’t happen. I think it’s one of those good things and bad things where I was torn out of my day job, but I got the opportunity to do three films on my break. This is my third.

Comingsoon.net: This movie seems pretty action intense. Does it compare to Heroes?
Ventimiglia: Yeah. We were on the Sony lot and I was walking around and I had a huge opening on my hip and side. Some guy said to me, “Oh, you guys are shooting over here?” I go, “Yeah. No, no! A different job.” He’s like, “Oh, you’re not back on ‘Heroes.’” I’m like, “No, no no.” It’s the same and I treat it the same. We do a lot of stunts. There is a lot of blood on “Heroes” and I’m pretty comfortable with it.

Comingsoon.net: Do you think Nathan is really dead this time?
Ventimiglia: I hope not. It’d be really, really bad to lose Adrian Pasdar. Regardless of whether or not Nathan’s character has run its course, losing Adrian on that show for me personally would be a tragedy. It would be a different show.

Heroes star Hayden Panettiere is the new face of the Candie’s clothing line. Check out the ads below.

Meanwhile, Panettiere’s debut album drops later this year on Hollywood Records. She started working on it when she was 15 years old.

Once again proving that they are out in the open about their relationship, Milo Ventimiglia and Hayden Panettiere attended a recent NBC black tie affair together.

This month, Ali Larter is in Shape… magazine.

The actress - who is rumored to be returning for Heroes season three in some form - graces the cover of this fitness publication. And she looks mighty good doing it…

We may have to wait until the fall for new episodes, but at least we can look over a few Heroes spoilers for that season now.

During the recent Jules Verne Festival, show creator Tim Kring and Jeph Loeb presented footage of the chapter “Villains.” We showed the video here - but here’s a rundown of changes that lie ahead for the show:

• Angela Petrelli has moved into a powerful role at The Company.  It has also been revealed that Level Five, one of The Company’s prison areas where the most dangerous and powerful killers are detained, gets breached.

• There’s also a scene in which most of the major Heroes are all dead.  Described by Noah Bennet like “12 Sylars running free,” the shots shows Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) as a corpse in a pool of blood, Hiro (Masi Oka) been pinned to the wall with his own sword and Matt Parkman (Greg Grunberg) with his throat torn open.

Because Heroes isn’t returning to NBC until the fall, our caption contests may be the closest fans get to their favorite show for awhile.
