What did you think of the third volume finale of Heroes? What about the introduction of Volume Four at the end of the hour?
While the formula might be safe, the same can't be said for most of this show's characters, now that Nathan's plan has been approved by the President.

Via a series of flashbacks, it was cool to learn more about Meredith's background, about the evolution of Sylar and about the basis for the Angela vs. Arthur feud. We loved every second of it.

The latest Heroes episode worked well because it remained true to the developing, constant narrative: a gathering of villains to serve the purposes of Pinehearst's boss, Arthur Petrelli.
In that context, we watched Daphne interact with (future husband?) Parkman for the first time, along with Sylar express actual feelings for Angela. Who woulda thought?!?
