Zachary Quinto recently answered a question from The Associated Press. And it shed some light into the future of Sylar:
AP: The show’s been saying, ‘Sylar’s evil pales in comparison to a new villain.’ Does that mean Sylar’s turning into a good guy?
Zachary Quinto: You’ll definitely see a different side to him. I don’t know if it’s a good side or not. But the nature of a show like this is that all the characters have to evolve and all the stories have to evolve and to ever expect that I would be the only force of evil in this epic world is kind of naive and shortsighted.

I think that my character is definitely struggling with a whole host of obstacles and problems that he never would have imagined and that he has to really, really deal with before he can sort of get back on track to pursuing all of his power-hungry, murderous rampage Hero hunting.

Heroes Spoilers
The latest issue of TV Guide is a fall television show preview.
As you’d expect, a healthy portion is dedicated to Heroes season two - and here are a series of spoilers the magazine has published in the issue:
We learn that the Company is deeply ingrained in the neuro-degrading virus that killed Mohinder’s (Sendhil Ramamurthy) sister Shanti and infected Molly Walker (Adair Tishler, pictured), the little girl with the power to locate anybody.
- A major backstory this season will be the old-guard Heroes - led by Kaito Nakamura (George Takei), Angela Petrelli (Christine Rose) and the late Mr. Linderman (Malcolm McDowell) - who were once determined to heal the world, but splintered due to infighting.
“We’ll reveal what split them up,” Tim Kring says. “This group has secrets - things they tried to bury - and it’s all gonna start coming out.”
- Joining the show’s “power” elite are Kristen Bell as Elle, a sexy criminal with ties to Peter’s “death,” and Dania Ramirez as Maya, an on-the-lam heroine from Central America.
Dominic Keating kicks off a new plot arc set in County Cork, Ireland, that’s all about “small-time hoodlums and crooks - they’re lovable but dangerous,” says Kring, who hints that “someone viewers already know will be embroiled in this story.”
- A fictional California beach town, Costa Verde, will also be added; it’s the new home of Claire Bennet (Hayden Panettiere) and her family. “We go into hiding and try to have some sort of normal life, but how normal can you be when you have so much to hide?” says Panettiere.
- Claire will become attracted to fellow high schooler West (Nick D’Agosto) and have her first real romance. But their first kiss ends on a stunner: Claire spots the Company’s “bag and tag” mark on West’s neck and he tells her of a traumatic encounter he once had with a man in horn-rimmed glasses.

Below, NBC has posted details about the season premiere, “Four Months Later.” Take a look:

As everyone attempts to move on, a new sinister force begins stalking and murdering Heroes. With the family hiding in Southern California, H.R.G. (Jack Coleman) and Claire (Hayden Panettiere) attempt to live as inconspicuously as possible, which proves to be easier said than done.
Meanwhile, after landing in feudal Japan, Hiro (Masi Oka) meets his hero Takezo Kensei (David Anders). Twins Maya (Dania Ramirez) and Alejandro Herrera (Shalim Ortiz) hope to make the crossing into the U.S. from Mexico, in hopes of finding help with their deadly abilities.

Heroes Spoilers
During a press conference in New York recently, a few hints and spoilers about season two of Heroes were leaked.
For example, here’s what Zachary Quinto had to say about the future of his character, Sylar:
“I’m just trying to get some more power,” he said, also hinting at a change for the evil one. “The point at which we left the story in season one, and the point at which we begin in season two are vastly different for my character, and for all of the characters, really.”
Such as Ando.
James Kyson Lee has already told us that he and Hiro will continue to communicate, despite being approximately 400 years apart from one another. But it also turns out that Ando will return to his boring job in Japan:
“What happens in one timeline may affect the other,” Lee said about his character and that of Masi Oka. “For Ando, I think you’ll see him spending more time at Yamagato. Does he want to stay there? Probably not, after experiencing all that he did in season one.”
Lastly, it’s been revealed just when Ando and Hiro will meet up again: episode eight. It’s called “Four Months Ago” and lets viewers know what took place between seasons.
“For the returning fans, episode eight fills in the gaps,” said co-executive producer and writer Jeph Loeb. “Hopefully, by that time, everyone will be into this mystery. When we get to the middle of November, everyone will be completely filled in and we’ll move forward.”

Heroes Spoilers
This isn’t really a Heroes spoiler because it’s a promo that’s been running in Canada and will soon be shown on NBC here.
Nevertheless, we wanted to warn readers who really don’t wish to see a second of season two.
In the following clip, we see:
- The first appearance of Dania Ramirez and her brother, fleeing what looks like a border patrol truck;
- Peter in some type of prison, getting the crap beat out of him;
- Hiro and and a very non-Japanese Kensei (David Anders) in Feudal Japan;
- Mohinder giving his “the world is at stake!” speech.

Heroes Spoilers
The following photos have from season two of Heroes have been leaked:

Doesn’t look like Claire (Hayden Panettiere) is attending Union Wells High School anymore. Other Heroes spoilers have revealed that she’s somewhere in California.

This isn’t the Ando we remember, is it? James Kyson Lee looks rather dressed up in this image.

Heroes Spoilers
Looks like there’s one super power actors on our favorite show share: an immunity to Heroes spoilers.
Despite all attempts at cajolery, four cast members and an executive producer, in Canada this week to promote Heroes, kept the secrets of the series’ second season to themselves. It’s not an easy task when being peppered for information.
“It’s really cool that they’re actually letting us do it, to actually stop production for a week and go and interact with the fans. I mean, we’re really such a fan-based show, and this kind of interaction is so important,” said James Kyson Lee, who plays Ando. “The fact that we’re going all over the world because the show is showing globally now, it’s such a huge component.”
Heroes has just finished filming the sixth episode of the new season.
Along with Lee, the Toronto contingent included Zachary Quinto; Noah Gray-Cabey, and new cast member Dania Ramirez. Executive producer and writer Jeph Loeb also came along.
The man who portrays Sylar (Quinto) talked about the infusing of guest stars this year.
“It’s great to have new energy on the show,” said Quinto. “Everybody on this show knows that means forgoing some of your own exposure to include other people, and that’s really an important part of our ensemble… I don’t think there’s anything but excitement about the new people coming aboard.”
Dania Ramirez joins the regular cast as Maya, a woman whose powers are connected to her twin brother. But she won’t reveal much about her character.
“She is found in Central America, and she is on the run because of her ability and it’s making her journey up north a lot more difficult, because she’s coming to America illegally and with her brother.”
Of course, having such a large cast means that characters can become expendable. Is one of them Micah?
“There is one thing that I would like for my character this season. I would like him not to die,” said Gray-Cabey.
Meanwhile, there’s one secret or spoiler that Quinto himself doesn’t even know.
“I feel like the mystery is the fun of the show, the fact that people are always like `Do you eat them? How do you eat them? You must eat them. You don’t eat them, do you?’ That’s kind of cool and the lure of this character and the show,” he says. “It’s indicative of the water cooler nature of the show.”

Heroes Spoilers
As we gear up for the September 24 season premiere of Heroes, here are a few more tidbits we’ve picked up about the future of certain characters:
- Hiro and Ando may be worlds apart, but that doesn’t mean this friendship is over. James Kyson Lee told The Associated Press he and the character played by Masi Oka would be still be in touch… despite being hundreds of years apart.
“There is going to be a really interesting channel of communication between us,” Lee said. “How that’s going to happen, you’ll have to find out on the 24th. But it will be a fascinating way of storytelling. And what happens in one timeline will affect the other.”
- Noah Gray-Cabey (pictured), who plays the precocious son of good/evil single mom Niki (Ali Larter), hinted at bigger things for his character, as well.
“I’ll say that Micah is definitely stepping out of his comfort zone,” he said. “And he’s going to be meeting some new people, possibly even family.”
(Other Heroes spoilers have said this will be Nichelle Nichols, who will play Micah’s grandmother.)
- A new character named Maya (Dania Ramirez) struggles with a developing power. Sound familiar?
“I have a brother, Alejandro, and we’re coming to the U.S. to try to find out what’s going on with me,” Ramirez said. “I don’t fully understand what’s happening to me. However, my ability has me on the run.”
